How do I add a credit card? or add a New account that I can import data to? The ususal method doesn't work, even with Bank and QB tech support.

Did you receive an error message when trying to link a bank? We can verify if the unusual response is caused by stored cache files within your regular browser. 

You can start by logging in to your account through a private browser (incognito). Then, connect your account by following these steps:

1. Go to the gear icon at the upper-right, select Bank accounts.
2. Select Connect another account. 
3. You can use the bank's URL to connect your account correctly.
4. Select the bank from the list and select Continue. 
5. Enter your bank's login credentials. 
6. Follow the onscreen instructions until you've successfully connected your account.

If you're able to link the bank without any error, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other browsers can also help us isolate these kinds of issues.
