You can add your bank account by navigating to the Transactions tab, Kip.
Before we begin, could please you clarify what you mean by "app"? Are you referring to a QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop application or a QBO mobile app? If you're talking about your mobile device, you can follow the steps outlined below:
1. From your Dashboard, click the Menu button.
2. Select Transactions from either the SHORTCUTS or ALL column.
3. Tap the Plus icon to add a new account.
4. Search for your bank or choose one from the list of popular banks.
5. Select your bank from the search results, and sign in to your online banking account.
Just a heads up, if you have past transactions in your previous bank account, make sure to properly categorize any uncategorized transactions to ensure the records remain accurate in your account. It's also worth noting that you can disconnect a bank account at any time by clicking the three dots next to the listed account.
