How do i add my other business to my account?

One QBO account is for one company file. You can utilize the Class feature available in QBO Plus and Advanced to manage multi branches/location. Otherwise, you should open a new account for each company file or utilize QB Desktop to manage multi company files. You can still purchase the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 if required.

Adding other business to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) is easy, paulgb-606weldin.

 

QBO allows you to add multiple accounts using one email address to sign in to all of them. If you're using more than one email address or user, simply invite the other company.
