Hello there, fly19382.
If the transactions download to one account, you can connect only the parent account. With that, you'll have to know first how your bank brings the downloaded transactions to QuickBooks Online. If that's the case, you can follow the steps below to link the parent account:
For more details, you can check this article: About bank or credit card sub-account setup. Also, you can refer to this link to learn more about categorizing your downloaded credit card transactions.
If you have further questions, just let me know. I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. Take care always and stay safe.

Hi fly19382,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about linking the correct account in QuickBooks. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
While connecting via Banking in QBO it will not show the Primary Credit Card which Chase shows as the "Business Account". Basically I have a Primary Credit Card and an Employee Credit Card. If I select the Primary Card to link with QBO it gives the total balance due but not the transactions for the Employee Card. QBO is showing these as separate accounts and requiring two different Chart of Account numbers (which they are not).
Let's get this sorted out, Dconnerty.
We'll have to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. I suggest reaching out to them and verify about it.
If they are downloaded to the individual accounts, it could be the reason why our program is treating them as separate accounts. In cases like this, you have to connect each of them.
Feel free to get back to this thread if you need more help. We'll be right here to assist you. Keep safe!
