How do I add two new credit cards to a business credit card account with Chase so that tranactions from all three cards will download into QBO?

Set up sub accounts for two new cards. Not sure how to correctly link with Chase.

How do I add two new credit cards to a business credit card account with Chase so that tranactions from all three cards will download into QBO?

Hello there, fly19382.

 

If the transactions download to one account, you can connect only the parent account. With that, you'll have to know first how your bank brings the downloaded transactions to QuickBooks Online. If that's the case, you can follow the steps below to link the parent account:

 

  1. Go to Accounting on the left pane.
  2. Within the Chart of Accounts, find the parent account.
  3. Then, click the View register drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Connect account. You'll be asked to enter the name of your bank in the search field.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
