You'll have to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a web browser, @dcrumpler1996.
Here's how:
- In QuickBooks, go to Settings and then choose Account and Settings (you can't change the account from the mobile app or GoPayments).
- Click the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, hit Change bank.
- Select Add new bank account.
- Input the Routing Number and Account Number of the checking account you want to change to.
- Tick Save.
- Review the bank account info and is selected, then tap Submit.
As a result, QuickBooks will start depositing customer payments into the new checking account.
Here's the link that will provide more info about the process: Change the account QuickBooks deposits payments into.
Also, if in case you want to change the way QuickBooks categorizes payments on your chart of accounts, see this article for the detailed steps: Choose where to record payments and processing fees for QuickBooks Payments.
