How do I change from one checking account to another checking account to deposit funds using GoPayment?

You'll have to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a web browser, @dcrumpler1996. 

Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks, go to Settings and then choose Account and Settings (you can't change the account from the mobile app or GoPayments). 
2. Click the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, hit Change bank.
3. Select Add new bank account.
4. Input the Routing Number and Account Number of the checking account you want to change to.
5. Tick Save.
6. Review the bank account info and is selected, then tap Submit.

As a result, QuickBooks will start depositing customer payments into the new checking account.
