Hi, @bperloff.
I know you've spent a lot of time on this already. But I assure you that you're able to deposit the funds in QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a few clicks.
Here's how:
- Go to the New (+) icon on the left side.
- Select Bank deposit under Other.
- From the Account drop-down▼menu, choose the account you want to deposit the money into.
- In the Add funds to this deposit fields, complete the Received From, Account, Payment method, and Amount.
- Hit Save and close.

If the funds are already in the Undeposited account, select each payment you want to deposit. Then select a Payment Method, and tap Save and close.

You can always run the Deposit Detail report in the Report tab to see the past deposit and transactions you combined. You can customize it to show up the specific details you want to review.
