Let's refresh the page to sync any changes and ensure that we can see all the options by zooming out the display screen. Then, let's go back to our bank register to edit the manually entered deposit.
Here's how:
- From the Accounting menu, click Chart of Accounts.
- Look for the bank and click View register.
- Select the Deposit and click the Edit button.
- The deposit screen will open where we can edit it.
- Once done, click Save and close.
We can review the account's register we used for the deposit to see if the amounts and details posted correctly. Any activities like edited, created and deleted transactions are saved in the Audit Log report.
