How do I enter deposits Manually?

Hi there, @Doreen2.


You can go to the Bank Deposit page and manually enter deposits from the Add funds to this deposit section. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps.


  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the + New icon and select Bank deposit.
  2. In the Account drop-down, select the bank account where you want to deposit the amount.
  3. Go to the Add funds to this deposit section.
  4. Select the customer from the Received From drop-down.
  5. Choose the appropriate account from the drop-down.
  6. Enter the necessary information and the amount.
  7. Click Save and close.
