However, I recommend following up with our QuickBooks Live Support team to track the status of your request.
When you do, it can be helpful to provide details from your previous interaction, such as the date and time of your call. This can expedite your request.
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Select the Help icon and proceed to the Search tab.
- Key in a question or topic from the designated field, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
- Choose Chat or Callback.
You can also call the number on the back of your Green Dot card to connect with them directly and request the bank letter.
