Hello jhradesky,

 

Some financial institutions will download transactions 2-3 times a week instead of every night. Let's perform a manual update of your credit card account. This process will add transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download.

  1. Click Banking, then Banking at the top.
  2. Click your Credit Card account, then click the Update drop-down.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

If the manual update is not working, you can download bank transactions manually via WebConnect. Please refer to this handy article for the steps: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.

  1. Click (?) Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your question in the What can we help you with field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
