How do I get past the 'connect your bank' page to reconcile my account?

Every time I try to reconcile my bank account, I'm stopped at the page requiring me to connect to my bank. My bank doesn't have that function. How do I reconcile when QBO is stopping me

How do I get past the 'connect your bank' page to reconcile my account?

Let’s figure out why the system prompts you to connect your bank when you're trying to manually reconcile your uploaded transactions, HNW.

In QuickBooks, connecting your bank is optional and not required to reconcile your account. While it can save time by automatically downloading transactions and entering the account's opening balance, you can still complete the reconciliation process manually.

To start with, could you provide a screenshot of the message you encounter when trying to reconcile? This will help us better understand the issue and provide the most accurate solution.

Meanwhile, to improve the program's performance and resolve any technical issues, I recommend clearing your cached data and cookies. After doing so, try reconciling your account again to see if this resolves the problem.

If the issue persists, using a supported and updated browser can also enhance performance and security when working in QBO.
