How do I Jobber to sync with Quickbooks? We have both the desktop and online versions and it still doesn't work. We have followed the instructions several times.

The Jobber support team took care of everything. The pushed the sync dates back until Jan 1 2020 and that did the trick.

Syncing issues between Jobber and QuickBooks requires the third-party's support. Hence, I'd recommend contacting the Jobber's Technical Support Team. They'll be able to get a way to make it work.

 

Aside from that, you can also post to the Intuit Developer's page. There are engineers and developers that already have the idea when integrating the programs. You can do it through this link: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage.

Try open your QBO account on the private/incognito browser and connect it. As additional option, try connect the trial period of FP to your QBO as well for comparison.

Jobber support handled it. They can got back and change when the sync dates should be from.
