How do I manually enter a deposit, not thru an upload of bank connection

Entering Bank Deposits in QuickBooks Online is made easier for you. Follow the steps below:
Click the (+) New icon and choose Bank Deposit from the list.
In the Account field, select the account where you want to add the amount to.
Under Add funds to this deposit, enter the details, then hit Save and close.
Also, if you're referring to receiving customer payments and depositing them in QuickBooks Online, it can be done in 3 easy steps. First, create an invoice then receive the payment in a holding account called Undeposited Funds. Lastly, when you're ready to deposit the funds, use the steps above to deposit the income in the bank.
