How do i move all the activity from one account to a new create account?

Good day, @jgraham.


I'd like to share insights about the process of moving your activity from one account to another in QuickBooks Online.


At this time, we're unable to transfer all your data and transactions between accounts.  If you signed up for a new account, you need to enter your data manually.


You may export your data to Excel, so it will be easier for you to import them on your new account.


To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Press on Export Data
  3. Select which data you'd like to export.
  4. Click on the Export to Excel button. 

I'm also adding here the link that you can scan through to learn more about the information that can be exported from QBO: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.


Once you have a new account, you can now start importing and entering the data that you've exported. To do this, just click on the Import Data option, then browse the data that needs to be imported.

However, you can also check out for a third-party migration application that integrates with QuickBooks, which transfer all your data automatically. You can try searching for the app within your QuickBooks Online account.


You can follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Use the search bar to look for an app.
