Here's how: 

1. Click the +New button on the left-hand menu bar. 
2. In the "Vendors" column, select Credit card credit. 
3. Choose the appropriate account from the Bank/Credit Account drop-down menu. 
4. Pick the account that you have for your cash back rewards under the "Category details." 
5. Enter any other information needed. 
6. Hit Save and Close.

I don't think that works if the credit is going to a bank account and not to the credit card itself. This DOES work for a credit card reward program that pays your credit card.
