When an account is canceled days before its scheduled renewal, it will remain active. On the day that it's completely canceled, the system will route you directly to the Billing & Subscription and the Resubscribe button once you logged in.
Sign in to your QBO company.
Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
Choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
Enter the updated billing information.
