Let's make sure you're able to add your bank feeds in QuickBooks Desktop, drlockwooddc-com.

You'll want to import your bank transactions using the .QBO format. To do this, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your bank and download the transaction as .QBO file.
  2. Then, in your QBDT. Go to the File menu
  3. Select Utilities then Import and then click Web Connect Files.
  4. Click the .QBO file you saved, then select Open.
  5. Select your bank account.
  6. Click Continue
  7. You'll see a dialogue box telling you that the data has been successfully read into.

For details, here's an article that you can read: Set Up Bank Accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can sign in to your bank's website and download transactions from there. Then, upload them in QuickBooks. Once done, you'll want to add and match your bank transactions
