How do I switch the reviewed transactions from alpha order back to most recent date order?

I can help you update the order of your transaction, @guyparker1129.

To switch the reviewed events from alphabetical back to a recent order, you’ll need to click the Date column and make sure the arrow is set to a downward position.

Let me show you how:

  1. Sign to your QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu.
  3. Select the Date.

I’ve attached a screenshot for your visual reference:

In case you may encounter any circumstances in the future, such as duplicates or any errors, you can check this article on how to manage and fix them. I’m sure you’ll find it helpful.

I’m always here anytime if you need additional assistance. Take care.

Thanks, but that's the online version. On the online version, they're correct. I'm talking about the app. I want to change within the app from alpha order back to most recent transaction first.

Hello again, guyparker1129.

You can sort transactions in the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app to the recent one by following the steps below:

  1. Tap the Transactions button at the bottom.
  2. Go to the REVIEWED tab, then click Sort
  3. Select Date of Transaction.

From there, it will show transactions monthly with the date of transactions sorted.

To learn more about how QBSE works, see this article: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

I'm just a post away if you should have any questions in QuickBooks, leave me a comment below. Have a great day!
