How do i transfer my data from QB online account to QB self employed?

Good day, @usermikeshabat.

While there isn't a direct way to transfer your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can export your transactions from your bank using a .CSV file and import them into QBSE.

Here's how to import  your .CSV file into QBSE:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Imports.
    Capture.PNG
  3. Select an account and click on the Import older transactions link under Action.
  4. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  5. Click Import.

You can also add and connect your bank with QBSE.

When you decide to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, QBO will hold on to your data for up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your data by exporting the information so it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.

For additional reference, check our QBSE Help articles page.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with transitioning to QBSE. I've got your back. Have a good day and keep safe.
