When connecting the app, QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads your Square transactions. If you are referring to removing the downloaded ones, just manually delete them by opening per transaction in QBO. You can follow the detailed steps in Void or delete transactions in the QuickBooks Online article.
If you are referring to uninstalling the Square app in your account, follow the steps below:
- Go to Apps on the left side menu.
- Choose My Apps.
- Select the Action drop-down menu, then hit Disconnect.
- Complete the short questionnaire.
- Press Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.
