I tried the first suggestion, and was able to remove Intuit Sync Manager's access, but the next time I started QB, it was right back. I then tried the second suggestion after doing the first one again. It appears to have worked. My only concern was the ominous message I got after doing the "Clear Sync Setting" about having to sign up again with Intuit Online Services. Does this clear anything other than just Intuit Sync Manager?
I have tried the above suggestion/instructions five times now. It allows me to remove the setting, however, next time I log back into QB, I have the alert highlited in red with the ! telling me sync has failed because the option has appeared again under company preference. QB needs to figure out a way to let your actions work and remove message for good. Im so frustrated with this message.
