You can go to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) page and upload the new form. Just go to this link to access it: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/faqs-on-the-2020-form-w-4.
Then, go to Where can I download the new Form W-4? section and click the About Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Certificate link.
