How do I verify test bank transfer?

Hi there, david_bonds-prod.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll share information and steps to make sure that you're able to confirm the test bank account.

To verify a test bank transfer transaction, I suggest contacting your financial institution. They have the necessary tools to check your account to review all test amounts being transferred.

If you want to see or record transfer funds between two accounts in QuickBooks Online, you'll have to go to the + New button. From there, you'll have the option to fill in the necessary information about transferring money.

Here's how:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Choose Transfer.
  3. From the Transfer Funds From the dropdown list, select the bank account that the money is coming from.
  4. In the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, select the bank account that the money is going to.
  5. In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
  6. Edit or enter the Date field.
  7. Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field (optional).
  8. Hit Save and close.

Once done, when you move money from one account to another, you can go to the Bank register section. From there, you'll be able to confirm or check the detailed information about the money being transferred. Please click the attached screenshots below for visual references.
