You need to have a QuickBooks Payments account so you can receive payment via ACH bank transfer.
 
Here’s how to set up your QuickBooks payments account:
  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments menu.
  4. Click on Learn More in the QuickBooks Payments section.
  5. Select Get Set up.
    1. Complete your Business information.
    2. Click on Accept and Submit.
