How do you create a bi-weekly recurring transaction?

Hello,

Please see screenshot below as example.  This is a check scheduled to occur every 2 weeks starting on Monday.

 

Keep in mind, you cannot create recurring transactions in SimpleStart.  You need to have QBO Essentials or QBO Plus.

There are just a few steps to create a recurring transaction. Here's how:

 

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Choose Recurring Transactions, under the Lists column.

3. Select New, and then choose the Transaction Type.

4. Enter a name for the template.

5. Choose the Type.

I DID EXACTLY that and mine is STILL entering EVERY week!!

please see attached screen shot

 

I set up several payroll payments to enter bi weekly and ALL are entering weekly anyway!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. However, there is an ongoing investigation INV-39832 on setting up a bi-weekly recurring transaction. Our developers are now looking into what might have caused this issue.

 

In the meantime, I suggest calling our Customer Care Support. This way, you'll be included in the list of affected users and updates will be sent to you via email regarding the progress of the investigation 

 

Here’s how.

 

  1. Go to the Help button.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call
