How do you create a bi-weekly recurring transaction?

Hello,

Please see screenshot below as example.  This is a check scheduled to occur every 2 weeks starting on Monday.

Keep in mind, you cannot create recurring transactions in SimpleStart.  You need to have QBO Essentials or QBO Plus.

How do you create a bi-weekly recurring transaction?

Hi, gstandford.

I appreciate you reaching out for support here in the Community. I'd be happy to help you with creating a bi-weekly recurring transaction.

There are just a few steps to create a recurring transaction. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Choose Recurring Transactions, under the Lists column.

3. Select New, and then choose the Transaction Type.

4. Enter a name for the template.

5. Choose the Type.

This article offers details on what each type will do, and more information on setting up recurring transactions: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Income-and-expenses/Create-templates-for-recurring-transacti....

You'll now be able to set up recurring transactions and schedule them for whenever you need. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any other questions. Take care.

How do you create a bi-weekly recurring transaction?

Hi there,

Not sure if you resolved this issue, it is a while ago lol, but I have just found a way to do this.  If you choose weekly from the first column and then 2 weeks from the next, you should get a bi weekly recurring transaction :-)
