The number of pages displayed in your bank feeds depends on the total number of transactions and the page size setting in QuickBooks Online, Beginner70.
If you have 25 transactions and your Page Size setting is 50, all 25 transactions will fit on one page. You'll see 1-25 of 25 highlighted transactions, indicating that all entries are displayed on that single page, and there are no additional pages to navigate.
To ensure you're seeing all your transactions, you can adjust the page size by following these steps:
- Click the Gear icon on the Bank Transactions page
- Scroll down to find the Page Size option.
- Increase the number of rows displayed per page, such as 50, 100, or up to 300, depending on your preference.

If there are transactions not showing, go to your Banking page and click the Update button to sync QuickBooks with your online bank account.
