Join nowLet me share details about bank accounts, reytexas.
For the Banking feature, you can add a bank as many as you want. Though, we have to consider the usage limits in QuickBooks Online. We can only add a total of 250 accounts for the Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus plans.
We can only add one account if you're referring to the subscription. If you need to change the account for paying your plan, you'll want to update your billing information. The same goes for direct deposit.
I've added this link if you need assistance in matching and categorizing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. You can also read this article for the steps and details about reconciliation.

tks. I cannot add a second bank account. Quickbooks keeps asking for me to enter a code to verify the bank via a cell. I don't have a cell, can quickbooks get the code via another way. Please fix this. The bank insists that my phone is not a cell. Quickbook insists that my bank is asking for a cell. I am stuck in between two companies that know it all.
Hey, ReyTexas.
I have a workaround that will help. If you're getting this prompt from us, you can change the phone number attached to your Intuit account. To make this change you would have to use your customer account portal, or CAMPS. If this doesn't work as a solution, let me know by replying here so we can figure this out.
