There's no upper limit to the number of credit cards that can be linked to your account. If you're trying to link an account with multiple cards associated with it, you can create a parent account and add each account as a sub-account.

Hi there, I have a credit card that I'd like to connect to Quickbooks that has 10 sub accounts. It looks like there's a limit of 5 subaccounts. What's the best way to approach this? Thank you!

Our main priority is to ensure that QuickBooks is being utilized as effectively and efficiently as possible. I recommend contacting your financial institution to confirm and ask what can be connected to QuickBooks and how many can be connected.
Please take note that we're unable to connect both a parent account and its subaccounts. If you try to connect both, you’ll get a message that the account is already connected. Please take a look at this article for more details: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.
Once everything is good, you can now reconcile your bank account. You can check this article for a guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. It includes steps to fix balance issues and ways to modify completed reconciliations.
