QuickBooks Self-Employed is only available in US and UK regions. Hence, we don't have an option to change the currency.
If you have transactions with different currencies, you can enter them manually in QBSE with their equivalent value.
Note that this feature is only available in QuickBooks Online. You might also want to know how the feature works in QBO: About Multicurrency.
