How to connect HSBC USA bank accounts to QB online - non of the icons or link works
I've got the steps to help fix your banking connection issue, @kfyong.
It could be the links or icons you've selected are incorrect. That's why they won't work when connecting HSBC USA bank accounts to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I'd suggest going to your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, use it in the Let’s get a picture of your profits window. This ensures you're using the correct listing of HSBC USA. I'll guide you how.
Go to Banking from the left menu.
Select Add account.
In the Let’s get a picture of your profits window, copy and paste the bank's URL in the Enter your bank name or URL search box.
Choose the bank emblem.
Manually enter your login credentials in the Sign in to account page.
Complete the extra security verification steps and choose Connect.
Select the accounts you want to connect (savings, checking, or credit card).

Once connected, the software will automatically download your recent transactions.
