What you can do is reach out to your bank and check for any maintenance update or request to establish a connection with QuickBooks. If everything is good from your bank's side, make sure to select the correct bank name when connecting the account. Then, manually update your bank connection to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:

At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your Online account in a private or incognito window. Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
