If you've noticed that your transactions or bank balance are no longer syncing with QBO, you can perform a manual update to refresh your bank connection. Here's how:
You can also try accessing your QBO account using a private/incognito window or other supported web browsers. It could be that the accumulated cache in current browser is the culprit behind this syncing issue. Here are the shortcut keys:
If your bank balance is now accurate, go back to their regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and start over fresh. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend disconnecting your bank account and then linking it again.
