Owner's equity represents the owner's investment in the business minus the owner's draws or withdrawals from the business plus the net income (or minus the net loss) since the business began.
You can record a bank deposit and choose the Owner's Equity account. You can follow the steps.
For future reference, you'll want to categorize and match your bank transactions once downloaded in QuickBooks Online.
