We can simply proceed to the Chart of Accounts menu to see lists of Account types. Let me show you how:

  1. Select the Accounting menu.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts
  3. Click the New button.
  4. From the Account Type drop-down you can see all the Account type lists.

Otherwise, you can also run the Account list report. For your reference, please see screenshot below:

Thanks for coming back, @akashdeep-bal-zo

The information sent to QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on what your third-party application shares with us. I'd recommend contacting their support on what Account Type you'll need to use to match with it in QBO. Here's an article you can refer to about using account types and detail types in your chart of accounts

Once done with importing the transactions and when you're ready to reconcile your accounts to keep your QuickBooks accounts accurate. follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right.
  2. Click Reconcile under Tools.
  3. Select the correct account and add the following information that's shown in your bank statement.
  4. Tap Start reconciling.

Additionally, you can also browse for the content of this helpful article so you can get back to your bank transactions after reviewing them: What are account registers in QuickBooks Online?

If you have any other questions, you can always leave them in the comments below. I'll be here to address them. Have a great day ahead.
