Let me share some troubleshooting steps so you’ll be able to download your transactions, @usernrdunn.
If you connect your online bank accounts in QuickBooks Online, the program will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions recorded by your bank. However, these transactions aren’t in QuickBooks just yet. Once they’re in the Bank Feed, you’ll still need to categorize these imported transactions so they're recorded to the correct accounts.
If the transactions in online banking are not syncing to QuickBooks Online, you can try running a manual update.
From the left menu, select Banking.
On the Banking page, select Update.
If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
