Can you please verify what bank you're trying to reconnect and what steps you've performed? Is there an error message when you tried reconnecting to QuickBooks?
If you've completely disconnected your bank from QuickBooks Online, you can reconnect online banking by following these steps:
1. Go to your bank's website and get into the login page.
2. Copy the URL.
3. Go to your QBO's banking page.
4. Select Add Account and paste your bank's online banking URL (login page), press enter and try connecting again.
If you're unable to connect or download bank transactions, we can manually update your bank account to refresh the connection between your financial institution and QBO.
