How to import Paypal transactions with QB Pro 2019?
Anyone have suggestions on how to import paypal transactions into QB Desktop Pro 2019?
I attempt download and import an IIF file, Get File not imported box, lists and transactions failed. When you click on review says "Only QB company files can be opened this way." I'm doing File > Utilities > Import > IIF Files.

PayPal's IIF files are notoriously not very good.
Still, you may be experiencing one of the many bugs included with the changes to importing that were introduced in QB 2019, and then left largely unfixed. See BRC QuickBooks 2019+ IIF Import Changes and Recommendations for steps that might work.
