You can use the Bank deposit feature in QuickBooks to record the deposit into your bank account. Let me show you how:
- Click the +New icon and select Bank deposit.
- From the Account ▼ drop-down list, choose the account you want to put the money into.
- Enter the amount in the AMOUNT column and select Save and close.
