How to record cash deposit?

Hello community I'm using QB online to record my transactions.Right now I got a problem. I use sales receipt to record my daily sales including payment in cash and credit card .Now I just deposit $300 cash income into my business banking account,how could I record this act in the QB? Thanks in advance.

I'll be happy to assist you in recording this transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @steamedmiddletow.

You can use the Bank deposit feature in QuickBooks to record the deposit into your bank account. Let me show you how: 


  1. Click the +New icon and select Bank deposit.
  2. From the Account ▼ drop-down list, choose the account you want to put the money into.
  3. Enter the amount in the AMOUNT column and select Save and close.
