The Reconcile button should show on the Reconciliation page since you have an accountant’s access. To straighten out the issue, let’s delete and recreate your user access to start on a clean slate.
- Tap the Gear icon to select Manage Users under Your Company.
- This will take you to the list of user types in your account.
- From the list, choose your name and then click the Edit drop-down in the Action column.
- Hit the Delete button and then hit Delete again to confirm the action.
To add an accountant:
- Go to the Gear icon to select Manage Users.
- This will take you to the Manage users page.
- Under Accounting Firms, tap the Invite button to open the Add a new accounting firm screen.
- From there, enter your information and then click Save.

Next, log in to the company using a private window. This is to identify if this is a cache-related issue.
To bring up private browsing:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
From there, try reconciling the account. If this works, switch back to your regular browser to clear its cache. This will enhance the overall performance of the browser.
