Thanks for your prompt response, @rellerorlando.
Let's enter the credit card transactions by manually importing it from your CC company. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your bank website and select the date range of transactions you want.
2. Select an approved file type to convert transaction data to.
3. Save the transaction file to your computer.
4. Log into QuickBooks Online.
5. Go the Banking tab and choose Upload.
6. Under Browse select your transaction file.
This way, you'll get the transactions under the For Review tab and able to match, add, and categorize them in QuickBooks Online.
I'll wait for your response here if you have more questions. I'll be around to help. Have a good one!
Under the plus menu, use enter CC charges and manually enter the charge
I don't have "enter a credit card transaction". This was a downloaded transaction from the cc company.

Thank you! I have gone through these steps and I think it's going to work. I have another issue with my citi bank connection that has been going on for months. It doesn't update all the time. Once that is resolved or in a day or 2 when it decides to update, I will come back and let you know.
Thanks again!
Thank you so much for your solution. It worked and I'm a happy camper! I can go on vacation with my QB balanced!
Hi there, rellerorlando.
Thanks for updating us on this. I'm happy to hear the Community was able to help you get that credit card transaction entered.
In regard to your Citybank feed connection experiencing issues with updating, you can log in to your bank's online portal and navigate to the transactions page. From there you'll want to confirm there aren't any pending notifications or prompts to action, if there are some make sure to address them. Once you've finished checking, you can sign out of your financial institution's website and clear the cache & cookies from your browser. After completing these steps, your account should display new updates upon hitting the Update button. Definitely keep us updated on this too, if you wouldn't mind.
