I am having syncing issues with my Northrim Bank account. I reached out to them and they said it wasn't just me having that issue with qb. Is this being addressed?

Hi akkayakcompany,

 

I've checked our records and haven't found an open ticket for this bank. It could be that the other users didn't report this behavior to our Support team. I would recommend contacting them to report this. That way, they can use a screen-sharing tool to gather more data for investigation purposes. However, you can also try some troubleshooting steps first to see if they will resolve this issue.

 

Please check out this article: What to do if you see a bank error or can't download transactions? You'll want to do the manual update and edit the sign-in info steps. Don't change your sign-in info though. Just edit and save it to refresh your connection.

 

If nothing will work, please contact our Support from 6 AM to 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

  1. Click on Help and type in Northrim Bank stopped updating.
  2. Once you get a result, type in need a human.
  3. Click See examples until you see the I still need a human option. Click on it.
  4. Click on Contact Us

Hi Jess, 

 

It seems to be an infrastructure issue as that did not solve the problem. Tier 2 tech support from Northrim said it is a known issue.
