I am linked to my checking account. Transactions stopped coming thru 10 days ago. What should I do?

Hi there, @mlane1060.

Thank you for raising your concern here on the Community page. Let's figure out the possible reasons why your bank stopped bringing transactions to QuickBooks. Then, ensure to keep bank records correct and up to date.

To get started, I would appreciate if share can share the specific bank you're using so I can determine and check if there is an ongoing issue with the bank. In the meantime, let's retrieve those transactions by doing a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right.
  3. Hit Update Now.

In case you're getting any error message, you can use this article that provides a list of online banking errors and the steps on how to fix them: Fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online.

Just in case you're getting the same behavior, you may continue uploading your banking transactions into QuickBooks Online through the WebConnect feature. You can refer to the Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks article for detailed instructions.

Let me know how else how can help you with banking or QuickBooks. I'm more than happy to help. Have a great day!

I am having the same issue.  The balance is updating but transactions are not download.  I use Fifth Third Bank and Chase.  It just stopped about 11/15.  Any help would be appreciated.
