The Bank deposit form or page is still located at the Plus icon under the Other section. I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference.
Please note that the bank deposit screen looks different when you have Undeposited funds. That said, all the pending deposits will show on the Bank deposit form.
This is how a Bank deposit looks like if you have Undeposited funds:
Then, this is the screen if you don't have a pending deposit/undeposited funds:
However, if the bank deposit screen that shows on your end is different from the screenshots I provided above, I'd suggest accessing your account via a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser-related issue. At times, data stored for a long period causes unusual behavior to the browser.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites that cause this kind of behavior. Just go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative.

Hello @ChristieAnn .
I'm having a similar issue. My bank deposit form used to look different than your screenshots. Keep in mind that we have only been on QBO since 2019. When we started, there was a column on the right side of the bank deposit form where I selected the transactions I wanted to include in the deposit. It also included filtering capabilities so we did not have to go through the entire list of undeposited transactions. This was perfect for us. How do I get this deposit form back?
Hi there, ANelson96.
Can you tell us what version of QuickBooks you're using? Can you also tell us when you started to notice the changes in the Bank Deposit screen?
Similar to what was shared in the first response, the option to select transactions would only show if you have amounts in your Undeposited Funds account.
All payments might have already been deposited to your bank, which is why you can no longer see the column where you can select transactions to deposit. You can run a Quick Report of the Undeposited Funds accounts to check. Here's how:
You can also reach out to our chat and phone support teams for them to take a closer look at your account. Here's how:

Hello @JenoP . We use Quickbooks Online Plus. Let me know if there is a specific version for the online application. Here's some additional information about what happened. When we used to open the Bank Deposit page, there was link in the top right of the page where we could toggle between a classic version and a "beta" version. I forget the actual name. We were performing a training session last week to show a user how to use the link to get to the version we use. At the time we were on the beta version. We clicked "return to classic version", or something like that, and it went to the classic version. However, this time, the link to get back to the beta version is now gone.
We confirmed that we still do not have access to the beta version even after receipts are posted to the Undeposited Funds account.
I've got just the information you're looking for about the beta version in QuickBooks Online, @ANelson96.
Software testing is often referred to by the terms "alpha" and "beta." The new deposit feature has been introduced as a Beta for selected customers. However, once you've switched back to the classic version, we're unable to go back to the new deposit beta. Not to worry, this option might be implemented in the future. To see the newly added features, you can visit our QuickBooks Blog.

I also was using the so called "beta" version of bank deposit, and it was infinitely better than the the normal version. If you only take a few payments a day then I'm sure this unfiltered list of payments is just fine, but when have 10 different payment methods being received from multiple locations that needs to be deposited into any of 9 different accounts this view is a total nightmare! Where can we leave feedback for QBO that we need the other view back asap? I am seriously considering going back to QBD because not being able to filter the list down at all is adding at least an hour to how it is taking me to make my daily deposits, and that is unacceptable.
