QuickBooks relies on the data provided by your financial institution, Ttechniques4949.
When you link your bank account, recent transactions typically download automatically. However, some financial institutions only allow access to the last 90 days of transactions, which could be why you can't find transactions from two months ago if they are older than that period. Another reason for missing transactions could be delays or interruptions in the connection between your bank and QuickBooks, or if your bank is undergoing maintenance.
For existing bank transactions in your account, you can manually click the Refresh All button to check for the missing transactions.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Connect Bank under Transactions.
- Click the Refresh All button.
In addition, you can retrieve older transactions directly from your bank or manually import them into your online account using a CSV file.
