Contact your bank and get the *.qbo files to import into your QBO account. Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

You can use the supported file to download those transactions, @cecemhodges.

Our Community backer Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct, you'll have to contact your bank and get the .qbo files so you can import them into QuickBooks. QuickBooks Online lets you upload 90 days' worth of bank transactions. You can use Web Connect files to get the older ones imported into the program. Then, download it to Excel and upload it into QBO.

Here are the file types you can use:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Microsoft Money (OFX)

Once ready, you can now upload your transactions into QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Upload transactions.
  2. Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded from your bank, then tap Next
  3. From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, and then click Next.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, and then tap Next.
  5. Hit Let's go when you're ready.

Here's are some of our helpful articles you can read more about uploading bank transactions to QuickBooks:

To ensure all entries are accounted for correctly and with no duplicates, you can categorize and match them. Then, reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate.

Don’t hesitate to leave a comment if you have additional banking concerns. I’ll be glad to assist further. Have a great day ahead, @cecemhodges.
