I am missing some synced transactions from a credit card account attached to my Quickbooks any ideas?

There are possible causes why some synced transactions are missing in QuickBooks, and I've listed them below:
Some credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
Depending on which bank, it will show a transaction on their website but won't download the transaction until it posts.
If the missing transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.
Since you've performed some troubleshooting steps to fix this, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. One of our representatives can securely check your account to determine the root cause of this. Here's how:
Go to the Help menu.
Select Talk to a human.
Type in missing credit card transactions in the Type something field.
Click the send icon.
Choose I still need a human.
Click Contact Us.
Select the Send a message button.
Enter the necessary details, then click Continue.
In the meantime, you can manually upload the transactions to bring them into QuickBooks. I'll guide you how:
To download transactions from your financial institution:
Log into your bank’s website.
Follow the steps to download your transactions using an acceptable file format.
Set the date range.
Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
