Welcome to the Community. I can help you connect to your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix the issue. I suggest you start by updating each bank account manually in the Banking section.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Select the account.
  3. Press Update
  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the other bank accounts.

If you get a bank error after following the steps above, please follow the detailed steps in this link (scroll down to Fix specific banking errors): What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

 

I've also attached an article you can use to import bank data manually into QuickBooks: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your reply, Unfortunately, I don't even get the bank screen, it just says, (we can't get your data right now, we'll have it back up soon as we can. Check back later. I have been getting this for 3 days

I checked our records and see that there's an investigation similar to what you're experiencing. It's best to reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can add you to the affected users. You'll receive updates about this to keep you informed.

 

The new "Help" menu interface: 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter the exact error message.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Proceed with Contact us.
  5. Tap Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging

For the old "Help" menu:

  1. Click the Help icon and select the Contact Us button.
  2. Type the exact error message in the What can we help you with box.
  3. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.

While the product team is investigating the error, you'll want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
