Yes, I can help you in downloading these transactions to your bank, @lori-mohr.

It could be that there are formatting or mapping issues when you upload your files in QuickBooks. This is the reason why you're unable to download them.

Let's make sure that you're using the Excel Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file format when importing your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online. We also need to make sure that the file size doesn't exceed 350 KB. If your file is too big, shorten the date range and download your transactions in smaller batches.

Please be reminded that each bank formats its CSV files differently, so importing a CSV file may not be possible for every financial institution.

If your bank doesn't support CSV files but offers Quicken (QFX), QuickBooks Online (QBO), or Microsoft Money (OFX), you can try to import your data and then upload more than 90 days of bank transactions through Web Connect.

Once everything is on set, you can now go back and upload your credit charges from your bank to QuickBooks.

After you've successfully downloaded your bank transactions, you can match and categorize them in QBO.

You can always tag me in the comment section if you have further questions about banking issues. I'm ready to provide you further assistance.
